Singer Songwriter Jim Carlson will join Ryan Quinn on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at The Bar for a live radio broadcast and podcast recording presented by Dirty Chai Radio.

About Jim Carlson:

Jim Carlson’s career as a singer songwriter has spanned three decades, several solo releases and a journeyman role as a supporting musician, co-writer and guitarist. His music could be best described as folk rock, blending influences from punk, rock, pop and contemporary folk. His influences range from Social Distortion, U2, James, John Prine, Josh Ritter and more.

This will be Jim’s first show since November 2024. As a “Works in Progress” show, expect to hear new and reimagined songs from Jim’s original song catalog.
